Every portrait begins with the eyes, the heart of the animal and the key to capturing its unique personality and spirit.
From there, I carefully build the portrait layer by layer, refining every detail and individual strand of fur to create depth, realism and character.
My aim is not simply to create a likeness, but to capture the essence of your companion in a portrait that feels truly alive.

Each portrait is starts with careful image selection and a plan for the finished portrait, timescales vary depending on size and detail. Most commissions are completed within 2-4 weeks. If you need a portrait for a special occasion, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.

The better the reference photos, the better the portrait. Clear, high-resolution images taken in natural light are ideal, and head on so I can see the eyes. If you're unsure which photos to send, I can help you choose the best ones.

As every portrait is unique, pricing depends on factors such as size, level of detail and the reference photographs provided. Without seeing the image, it's difficult to give an exact price, but most commissions typically range between £150 (A4 image) and £300 (A3 image) maximum.

Every portrait begins with a conversation. Complete the Get in Touch form and I'll personally get back to you to discuss your dog, what makes them special, the reference photograph and how we can create a portrait you'll treasure for years to come.

All portraits are sent by first class post with tracking codes supplied and are framed and mounted to ensure the portrait arrives in perfect condition and also adds to the enjoyment of opening.
(I use stock grey or black frames included in the price, custom framing is available at additional cost)
